SEC 04 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
B.01Can we self-host?

The public repository includes Docker, Compose, Kubernetes manifests, and runbooks. A supported self-hosted engagement still needs a written scope.

B.02Can we fully white-label?

Branding and distribution requirements can be discussed. The public code is AGPL-3.0; any different commercial terms must be agreed in writing.

B.03Do you sign NDAs?

We can review your NDA or discuss confidentiality requirements before sensitive details are shared.

B.04What's the SLA?

There is no default public SLA. Any response targets, uptime commitments, or support channels are defined in the proposal.

B.05How long does deployment take?

Timing depends on branding, data licensing, integrations, hosting, and acceptance requirements. The proposal defines the schedule.

B.06What licensing is available?

The public code is available under AGPL-3.0. Alternative commercial terms, if offered, must be agreed for the specific engagement.
